DAN-Board CLASSIC ⟶
DAN-Board Classic is a durable ground protection mat made from 100% recycled LDPE plastic. It’s used across a wide range of industries – for example as temporary roadways, walkway coverings, or parking surfaces on soft ground. DAN-Board Classic is designed to withstand high loads, is resistant to chemicals and wear, and offers a long service life.

We offer a range of accessories for safe handling and flexible use of DAN-Board ground protection mats – including lifting hooks, connectors, and transport boxes. For branded applications, we also offer the option to laser-etch your logo directly into the boards by agreement.
We offer handles and holes in our popular
DAN-Board Classic and Xtreme ground protection
mats, making them easy to transport, position, and
install. Handles and holes can be designed in many
different ways. We customize the solutions to your
needs, so you can work efficiently and safely.
You can order ground protection mats with your own
logo and recycling logo. We use laser marking — a
method where we simply burn off the top layer of the
mats. This ensures that the mats are not weakened.
The two-part design of the Single Connector
combines a solid plastic base with a middle section
and stainless steel fastening, providing a secure and
durable connection. The two elevated bolt towers fit
perfectly with DAN-Board ground protection mats
with 30 mm holes, ensuring seamless integration and
excellent stability in your installations.
Connector Plus features a two-part design with a
durable plastic base and a secure steel top mounting. It is equipped with four elevated bolt towers, making it ideal for connecting up to four corners of ground
protection mats simultaneously. It is designed to fit
DAN-Boards with 30 mm holes, providing enhanced
stability and flexibility for your ground protection mats.
Our U-Connector is designed to efficiently connect
DAN-Board ground protection mats while anchoring
them securely to the ground. The system fits 40 mm corner holes and is made of strong steel bars. They are an ideal accessory if you need a stable surface of
ground protection mats.
Our stainless steel H-Connector is a practical solution for connecting ground protection mats on flat surfaces. This connector makes the process of joining mats much easier and more efficient. The stainless steel construction ensures durability and strength. Stainless steel is known for its corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use where the mats are most often deployed.
It can be almost impossible to lift ground protection
mats that have been driven into sand or soil, but with
our specially designed lifting hook, the process
becomes simple. With the efficient lifting hook, you
can easily grip a handle or access hole, allowing you
to pull the mat free.
We create pallets that perfectly fit the dimensions of your ground protection plates. We understand how
important it is for logistics and transport to run
smoothly, which is why we ensure that our pallets are
tailored exactly to your requirements.
Our transport and storage boxes are designed to
make work easier and more efficient. Made of
galvanized steel, they ensure maximum durability
and long service life even under tough conditions.

Our 2.050 x 1.000 mm plastic pallet is designed to
enhance the storage, transport, and handling of our
ground protection mats. This accessory ensures your

TERRA-GRID E®35 ⟶
Terra-Grid E®35is an advanced ground stabilization system designed to reinforce surfaces without sealing them. Made from high-quality polyethylene and polypropylene granulate, this grid system ensures a secure and even surface while maintaining natural drainage and vegetation growth. Its interlocking design allows for quick installation, making it an efficient solution for various applications, including aviation, landscaping, and event areas. With a high load-bearing capacity of up to 160 t/m², Terra-Grid E®35 provides a long-lasting and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional ground reinforcement methods.

Terra-Grid E®35+

This advanced system enables installation without extensive groundwork, making it the ideal solution for lowbearing capacity substrates. Upgrade your ground reinforcement solution with Terra-Grid E®35+ – the next level of efficiency, durability, and ease of installation.
E35 Small Markers
E35 Small Markers are designed for detailed and precise marking within the Terra-Grid system. These compact markers offer a reliable and efficient way to designate specific zones such as pathways, parking spots, and safety areas. Featuring a secure click-in mechanism, they integrate seamlessly into the grid structure, ensuring stability and long-term performance. Available in White and Yellow, these markers provide high visibility and contrast, making them ideal for both permanent and temporary applications where precision is essential.
E35 Big Markers
E35 Big Markers are specially designed accessories that seamlessly integrate with the Terra-Grid system. These markers provide a clear and durable solution for marking runways, parking areas, pathways, and other designated zones. With a secure click-in mechanism, they attach firmly to the grid, ensuring stability even under demanding conditions. Available in White, Yellow, and Red for maximum visibility, these markers enhance organization and safety across various applications.

Our customer required protection for the running track while accessing the top of the lighting pylons using 70-ton equipment.

- Temporary Vehicle Parking
The mobility provider Swissbility was looking for a quickly realisable, cost-efficient and environmentally friendly solution to create space for 250 cars on a green area in Switzerland in the medium term (5 years). A total of 4,480 m² of Terra-Grid E®35 was required.
As the previous car park was no longer required, a temporary alternative was to be installed that could be ready for use within a few days, required minimal earthworks, allowed water to seep away completely and could be removed without leaving any residue after five years.
The use of E35 proves to be an excellent answer to Swissbility’s requirements: An investment volume of up to 60% below the level of conventional asphalt or concrete pavements, coupled with a module-based construction method, enables a significant reduction in construction times and flexible adaptation to changing capacity requirements.
The outstanding water permeability largely reduces the need for complex drainage systems and simplifies official approval procedures. At the same time, the 100% recyclability of the material ensures an exemplary ecological footprint.
Overall, Terra-Grid E®35 offers a low-maintenance, reversible and sustainable solution that harmonises economic efficiency and environmental protection.

Løsningen med E35 viste sig at være det perfekte svar på Swissbilitys krav: En investeringsomkostning op til 60 % lavere end traditionelle asfalt- eller betonbelægninger, kombineret med et modulopbygget system, muliggør markant kortere byggetider og fleksibel tilpasning ved ændrede kapacitetsbehov.
