The popular TERRA-GRID E®35 ground and grass reinforcement system has been developed and produced since 2002. Grass Reinforcement with TERRA-GRID®35 ⟶

TERRA-GRID®35 securely reinforces grass runways without permanently disturbing the vegetation. By significantly increasing load-bearing capacity, it allows for full utilization of MTOW (Maximum Take-Off Weight), while also reducing fuel consumption during takeoff thanks to lower rolling resistance. Additionally, taxiways remain stable and permanently usable, making both the construction of new runways and the refurbishment of existing ones seamless and efficient.

Quick and effective installation of TERRA-GRID E®35:

  1. Mowing of grass surfaces.
  2. Take TERRA-GRID E®35off the palette. Installation is done with the closed side up. Layer-size of TERRA-GRID is1,10 m² at delivery.
  3. Attach, adjust and engage allready installed layers.
  4. Densify completely the installed layers with vibratory plate or roller.
